New Heaven & Earth
Forever with God
Revelation 21-22about 3 minutes to read aloud

The apostle John was old, and he was held as a prisoner on a small island called Patmos. It was the Lord's day, and the Lord gave him a vision of what was to come.
"I saw a new heaven and a new earth," John wrote. "The first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more." And he saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride for her husband.
A loud voice came from the throne. "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God."
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death shall be no more. Neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more. For the former things have passed away."
The city shone with the glory of God. Its light was like a jewel. Its gates were pearls. Its streets were pure gold. A river of the water of life ran through it, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. On either side, the tree of life grew, its leaves for the healing of the nations. And there was no sun or moon, for the Lamb is the light.
Jesus said, "Behold, I am coming soon." And John answered for all of us. "Amen. Come, Lord Jesus." This is the end of the Story, and the beginning of the One we have been waiting for.
